Tätigkeit:

Description:

1. Project Description: This project involves a transformation to SAP S/4HANA Utilities to support the customer's core business processes for electricity and gas grid operations. The goal is to implement the market role of Energy Grid Operator by integrating SAP cloud solutions and ensuring compliance with Germany's smart metering regulations (IM4G).

 

1. Tasks: The external contractor will independently complete the following tasks, providing the specified measurable deliverables:

 

Configure End-to-End Business Processes:

Task: Configure the processes for measurement point operators, grid operators, and suppliers within S/4HANA Utilities.

Deliverable: A complete configuration workbook and signed-off process design documents for all three market roles.

 

Manage Device Master Data Migration:

Task: Adapt, oversee, and validate the migration of all device master data from the legacy system to S/4HANA.

Deliverable: A finalized data migration concept document and a data quality report showing ?99.5% accuracy post-migration.

 

Implement Device Lifecycle Processes:

Task: Design and configure smooth process flows for device installation, replacement, and decommissioning, including the smart meter rollout and operational management.

Deliverable: A set of at least 5 fully configured and tested end-to-end process workflows for the complete device lifecycle.

 

Set Up Meter Data Processing:

Task: Configure and validate the processing of meter readings, including period/interval values and rules for OBIS codes and specific utility types (electricity/gas).

Deliverable: Validated configuration settings and a report of successfully executed test cases for meter data processing.

 

Parameterize Smart Metering Systems:

Task: Perform the technical parameterization of intelligent metering systems and BDEW products according to regulatory requirements.

Deliverable: A comprehensive parameterization document approved by the project's technical lead.

 

Support IS-U to S/4HANA Migration:

Task: Provide functional expertise and guidance for the migration from the IS-U single-contract model to S/4HANA Utilities. Deliverable: A detailed functional design document for the migration strategy, including a gap analysis and risk assessment.

 

Define GWA System Integration:

Task: Specify and oversee the technical integration of the Gateway Administration (GWA) system.

Deliverable: A finalized technical interface specification document for the GWA integration.

 

Lead Solution Quality Assurance:

Task: Conduct all quality assurance activities, including Fit/Gap analysis, test design, UAT coordination, and hypercare support planning.

Deliverable: A completed Fit/Gap report, a comprehensive master test plan, and a UAT summary report with sign-off.

 

Execute End-to-End Process Testing:

Task: Perform and document end-to-end tests covering all critical device management and market communication scenarios. Deliverable: Signed-off test execution protocols for all major end-to-end business processes.
