- Required skills & experience:

o Proven experience in successfully delivering projects with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition in the mentioned solution area (must)

o Proven cloud-centric fit-to-standard mindset (must)

o Proficient in SAP Activate (must) with SAP Cloud ALM (beneficial)

o Excellent self-sufficient stakeholder management and communication skills (must)

o Motivated team player (must)

Tasks/Scope Details:

- SCM-owned / primary:

o Inventory Management

• Stock Transfers
• Physical Inventory
• HU Management
• Batch Management
• Serial Number Management
• ATP
• Return to Supplier
• Neovia / Third-Party Warehouse
• Inbound/outbound warehouse execution
• Stock reconciliation

o SCM cross-stream dependencies:

• Planning/MRP - replenishment and STO demand
• Procurement/P2P - PO, inbound delivery, GR, supplier returns
• Sales/O2C - outbound delivery, customer returns, ATP
• Quality - quality stock, inspection/disposition
• International Trade/GTS - cross-border movements and Commercial
• Invoice/customs handoff
• Master Data & Migration - material/UoM/batch/serial/stock data
• Integration - S/4 <> Neovia/BTP interfaces
• Testing & Cutover - stock reconciliation, interface switching, PI and logistics smoke tests

o Support of Testing Activities

o Support of implementation of End to End Processes

- Implementing processes:

o Serial Number Management in Logistics

o Core Inventory Management

o Stock Transfer with Delivery

o Stock Transfer Without Delivery

o Return to Supplier

o Physical Inventory - Inventory Count and Adjustment

o Handling Unit Management

o Advanced Intercompany Stock Transfer

o Logistics with Third-Party Warehouse Management

o cycle counting

o Basic Available-to-Promise Processing

o Advanced Available-to-Promise Processing

- Realize (Build & Validate)

o Configure to approved designs; manage sprint backlog and acceptance.

o Coordinate integrations and extensions with technical teams.

o Lead data migration cycles (mock loads, reconciliation, defect fixing).

o Drive testing (unit/SIT), defect management, and role/security design.

o Document configurations and hand over knowledge to customer teams.

- Deploy (Cutover & Stabilize)

o Own cutover plan/runbook, readiness checks, and go live execution.

o Run dress rehearsals; perform final data load and reconciliations.

o Coordinate go live smoke tests and KPI baselining.

o Lead hypercare: incident triage, monitoring, and stabilization.

o Handover to support (docs, known errors, SLAs) and re baseline backlog.
