Role/Backroud:

- A Swiss Customer is seeking one external SAP HCM Payroll & Time (PY/TM) external resource to support the operational delivery within SAP HCM Payroll and Time.

- As part of the operational delivery in SAP HCM Payroll and Time, external support is required to contribute to the workload of the team, securing the continuity of the operations and allowing internal resources to contribute to project activities in parallel.

- Nearshore organized support, remote support is welcome!

Skills: SAP Consultant (m/f/d) HCM Payroll & Time (PY/TM) - Fulltime, remote

• Proven hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and Time Management (TM) configuration and support.
• Experience with Work Schedule Rules, time schemas, PCRs and time evaluation troubleshooting.
• Experience with Leave Management, absence/attendance types, accruals and quota entitlements.
• Experience with SAP Fiori application customization and integration.
• Fluent in English.

Tasks:

• Configure and maintain Work Schedule Rules, Holiday Calendars, shift planning and overtime premiums.
• Customize and configure time schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), interpret time evaluation logs, and support clock-in/clock-out and Leave Management processes, including absence/attendance types, leave accruals and quota entitlements.
• Support SAP Time Management and Payroll integration issues and enhancements.
• SAP Fiori application customization and integration (My Leave Request, My Time Events, My Team Calendar and custom applications).
