Learning Platform Consultant – MyGenius/Cornerstone Platform Administration

MyGenius Learning Experience Platform (LXP) is a centralised solution that delivers a personalised and seamless learning experience to employees across the organisation. It connects global and local learning systems into a unified digital interface and supports access to learning content, compliance training, development opportunities, and external learning resources.

We are looking for a specialised Learning Platform Consultant to consult the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of MyGenius application, built on Cornerstone Learning Experience Platform. The position requires strong hands-on knowledge of learning platforms, especially Cornerstone, along with experience in digital learning, HR technology, and learning platform integrations.

Responsibilities

1. Own end-to-end administration and operational governance of MyGenius, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable platform operations.
2. Manage user lifecycle, access governance, roles and privileges, organisational structures setup and data quality across the platform.
3. Optimise the learning experience by improving navigation, content architecture, searchability, digital adoption, and in-flow-of-work learning enablement.
4. Oversee integrations between MyGenius and internal HR systems such as SAP and Oracle HRMS, and external learning providers such as LinkedIn Learning.
5. Review data quality, reporting, and analytics to monitor learning adoption, compliance status, user engagement, and platform performance.
6. Manage issue investigations, vendor escalations, service workflows, and documentation to ensure stable platform operations.
7. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, vendors, IT teams to ensure stable operations and continuous platform evolution.

Key Qualifications

1. Several years of experience in digital learning environments or HR technology, with strong exposure to LXP/LMS platforms in a large enterprise context.
2. Strong hands-on expertise with Cornerstone Learning Experience Platform or comparable learning platforms; Cornerstone certification or formal training is preferred.
3. Good understanding of core learning administration and configuration topics, including learning content, audiences, assignments, certifications, compliance, and workflows.
4. Experience in HR technology landscapes, especially with systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HRMS / Oracle Learning, or similar enterprise HR platforms.
5. Background in learning technology or HR IT consulting, with the ability to translate stakeholder needs into practical platform solutions.
6. Good understanding of system integrations, data flows, user lifecycle processes, access concepts, and organisational structures in enterprise platforms.
7. Strong analytical, structured, and service-oriented working style, with the ability to communicate platform topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
