Mit dieser Anfrage suchen wir einen Senior Business Analyst für Agile Plattform (Atlassian Toolchain, Digitalisierung, Stakeholder Management)

 

 

Tätigkeit:

This request covers an additional external resource supporting the Agile Platform as a Senior Business Analyst, aligned with business analysis activities across agile tooling, AI supported ways of working, and digital product delivery. The role focuses on structured requirements engineering, stakeholder alignment, and the translation of business needs into platform ready functional and configuration artefacts, primarily within the Atlassian ecosystem. The scope may extend to additional Agile SaaS solutions, internally developed applications, and portfolio management contexts related to digitalization and software development. The engagement works closely with the Product Owner, platform teams, and enterprise stakeholders and is delivered fully offsite in a nearshore setup.

 

The project aims to further establish and scale an enterprise agile tooling platform that enables consistent agile ways of working and supports digital product delivery across multiple teams (e.g. Jira, Confluence). The project includes capturing and refining requirements from business and platform stakeholders, translating them into backlog items and configuration-ready specifications, and supporting the rollout and adoption of standardized tooling and processes (with a primary focus on the Atlassian toolchain). The overall goal is to improve transparency, collaboration, and delivery efficiency by providing a stable, governed, and user-friendly platform setup that can be extended for additional agile and portfolio-related use cases.

 

Purpose & Scope

• Consult the Agile Platform as a Senior Business Analyst with focus on agile tooling, ways of working, and platform-based support of digital product development.
• Act as an interface between business stakeholders, product owners, and platform teams.
• Maintain a primary focus on the Atlassian toolchain, with potential extension to additional Agile SaaS solutions, internally developed applications, and portfolio management use cases related to digitalization and software development.

 

Tasks & Deliverables

• Identify, structure, and document business requirements related to agile tooling, ways of working, and platform usage in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Consult prioritization, refinement, and clarification of backlog items related to the Agile Platform.
• Analyze the impact of new requirements on existing platform capabilities, processes, and governance.
• Align requirements with platform standards, governance frameworks, and non-functional constraints.
• Implement approved concepts at functional and configuration level (no custom development or coding).
• Prepare and maintain business analysis documentation, decision records, and requirement artefacts.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, platform teams, and relevant enterprise stakeholders.

 

 

Must Have

• Proven experience as Senior Business Analyst in digital, SaaS, or platform environments.
• Strong requirements engineering skills (functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Experience working with multiple business stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
• Solid experience with agile tooling, preferably within the Atlassian ecosystem (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
• Good understanding of agile product development and platform-based delivery models.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Prior experience in large enterprise or multi-platform environments.

Should Have

• Experience supporting Agile Ways of Working across multiple teams or products.
• Experience with non-functional requirements from a business perspective (e.g. security, compliance, operability).
• Exposure to portfolio-level or value-stream-related use cases in a software development context.

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional Agile SaaS tools beyond Atlassian.
• Experience with internally developed tooling supporting agile or portfolio processes.
