Department description and responsibilities

We provide and manage on a global scale a variety of IT services covering all IT layers: from network, server & cloud infrastructure, end user devices & Service Desk to best-in-class applications and data & digital solutions

Project description

You will join the JUMP program, which transitions Umicore’s decentralized SAP ECC systems to a centralized S4HANA environment. As part of the Sales domain, you will support the migration and harmonization of sales processes across multiple business units and sites. You will work closely with business stakeholders and other SAP domains to ensure end-to-end process coverage and decision-making support.

Primary Tasks and responsibilities

• 
  Support the SAP SD implementation within the JUMP program
  • Ensure integration of Sales processes with other SAP domains (e.g., MM, CO, QM)
  • Support business-facing activities and facilitate decision-making processes
  • Analyse and optimise sales order management, pricing, billing, and delivery processes
  • Document SAP SD configurations and technical specifications
  • Conduct system testing and validation
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions
  • Work within custom-built and template-based SAP environments
  • Support change requests and tickets when project workload allows
  • Provide guidance and coaching to junior consultants if applicable
  
  
  Technical profile requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD projects
  • Proven experience with end-to-end SAP SD implementations and integration with other domains
  • Experience in structured documentation and blueprinting
  • Debugging skills are preferred
  • Familiarity with custom-built and template-based SAP environments

Main skill / experience required

• SAP SD expertise: 5–7+ years hands-on experience
• End-to-end implementations with integration to other domains
• Cross-domain integration experience
• Structured documentation & blueprinting skills
• Debugging skills preferred
• Familiar with custom-built and template-based SAP environments

Mandatory languages

• English: fluent (spoken & written)
• French: 10 Years experience
• Dutch: nice-to-have

Auslastung:

• Minimum 3 days/week onsite
• Up to 80% onsite presence (˜ 4 days/week)
