In an agile organisation based on SAFe, IT works very closely with the business so that joint solutions can be developed. This makes work easier and shortens communication channels.
As a Digital Solution Rolling Stock (DSO ROS), we support robust, innovative and modern maintenance and management of rolling stock along the asset life cycle with our digital solutions. Our approximately 180 employees from three agile release trains (ART) with several teams support around 30 SAP, 40 non-SAP and 10 analytics/diagnostics applications for 5,500 users. The Agile Release Train ARTistik focuses on planning, control, material management, quality management and sales (SAP MM, SD, WM/EWM, PP, PM, IBP). Together, we ensure that our rolling stock never stands still.
In this role, you will be part of a BizDevOps team and actively shape the future integration into the S/4HANA solution.

Tasks

·         Design of S/4 requirements in the warehouse/logistics environment incl. implementation of fit/gap workshops

·         Implementation incl. customising of the S/4 requirements in the build phases

·         Creation of the required artefacts in SAP Focused Build (Functional Specification, Collaboration Diagrams and Configuration Design Specification)

·         Coordinating the technical requirements as a link between the work organisation in Switzerland and our development partner abroad

·         Creating test cases as well as carrying out and monitoring the various test stages

·         Carrying out and supporting system tests and commissioning on site at the locations, including Hypercare

·         Ensuring communication with the relevant stakeholders in the work organisation, e.g. Product Owner, Scrum Master, Test Manager

Mandatory criteria

·         Very good knowledge of the SAP logistics modules, in particular SAP EWM and SAP MFS  

·         Practical experience in the technical connection of warehouse technology (via MFS, MFR), ideally in connection with labelling and mobile dialogues as well as the definition of warehouse strategies (storage and retrieval strategies) and the network knowledge required for this

·         Several years of experience in the end-to-end implementation of EWM embedded including the connection of warehouse systems.

·         Very good experience in the creation of functional specifications and in customising incl. MFS as well as integrative knowledge of the adjacent SAP modules such as QM, FI/CO are also required.

·         Development of reorder point processing and resource control, programming with ABAP-RAP / CDS views / clean code as well as implementation of ABAP push channel and queue processing, error handling (alerts and communication to and from the warehouse systems)

·         Very good analytical and conceptual skills, agile mindset (SAFe/Scrum), quick comprehension, high degree of initiative and structured way of working.

·         Good German and English language skills (B1) are required
